We at All In The Pillow carefully inspect all of our products for defects or damage prior to shipment to ensure the highest level of quality. Quality control is something we take very seriously, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason and need to return or exchange a purchase, please read our return/exchange policies:

  1. Exchanges or returns are accepted only on products that have NOT been used. In addition, all products must be in their original packaging. If there are any signs that the product has been used or mishandled, no refund will be allowed.

  2. Refunds and exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase.

  3. In case of a return or exchange, please allow (1) billing cycle from the time your product has been received by All In The Pillow, for either the refund amount to show on your credit card, or to receive your replacement product. We strive to process refunds and exchanges quickly.

All In The Pillow reserves the right to deny any credit or exchange, if upon receipt, the returned merchandise does not meet our company's return/exchange policies. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost.

Please allow for 2-4 weeks for processing. Please Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
